For more than 40 years, Carolyn Williams has been helping buyers and sellers throughout East Texas achieve their real estate goals with professionalism, integrity, and unmatched local expertise. As Owner and Broker of Real Estate Marketing, Carolyn has built her reputation on exceptional service, honest guidance, and a genuine commitment to every client she serves.
Carolyn began her real estate career in 1984 with Zack Williams Real Estate, where she spent 12 successful years selling and managing properties while consistently producing more than $3 million in annual sales. In July 1996, she fulfilled her dream of opening her own brokerage, Real Estate Marketing, where she continues to lead a team of dedicated agents who share her passion for serving the East Texas community.
A proud Pine Tree High School graduate, Carolyn earned her Associate's Degree in Business from Kilgore College before receiving her Real Estate degree from the American College of Real Estate. She remains committed to staying at the forefront of the industry by completing continuing education each year and keeping up with changing market trends and real estate laws.
Throughout her career, Carolyn has been an active leader in the real estate profession, serving the MLS Board in numerous leadership roles, including Vice President, Director, Treasurer, and Secretary. She is also a Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) and a proud member of the TREPAC '99 Club, reflecting her dedication to both the industry and the clients she represents.
When she's not helping clients navigate the buying and selling process, Carolyn enjoys giving back to the community. She proudly supports organizations including the East Texas Angel Network, Texas Baptist College, and the Highway 80 Rescue Mission, and is an active member of The Church at Lake Cherokee.
Carolyn and her husband, Gregg Williams, have called Longview home for many years. Together they have two sons, Jeffrey and Andy, three grandchildren—Kristin, Jessika, and Gunner—and two great-grandchildren, Prince and Weston.
Whether you're buying your first home, selling a longtime family property, or investing in real estate, Carolyn's decades of experience, market knowledge, and personal approach provide the confidence and guidance you need every step of the way.
"Being a successful REALTOR® takes a combination of knowledge, experience, dedication, and a genuine commitment to serving others. My goal has always been to help every client make confident decisions while providing the highest level of service possible."— Carolyn Williams
