Born and raised in Longview, Texas, Richard Densman is proud to call East Texas home. A graduate of Pine Tree High School (Go Pirates!), he went on to earn his degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. Richard is a devoted husband to Carrie Densman, and together they have three children: Kelsey, Hunter, and Baylea. Faith and community are central to their lives, and they are actively involved at Chalk Hill Community Church, where Richard also serves as pastor.

With a background in residential home construction and seven years of experience as a Texas State Licensed Residential Appraiser, he offers a valuable advantage when it comes to pricing, valuing, and positioning homes in the market.
