Born and raised in Longview, Texas, Jimmy Su is a proud East Texan and graduate of Pine Tree High School. With deep community roots and nearly two decades of experience in real estate investing, property management, and home inspections, Jimmy brings a level of knowledge that goes far beyond the traditional real estate transaction.
Jimmy earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of North Texas in 2010, with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Real Estate. Since 2008, he has actively invested in, renovated, and managed residential properties throughout East Texas, Denton, and Waco, giving him firsthand insight into what makes a property a smart and sustainable investment.
Before transitioning into full-time real estate, Jimmy served the Longview community for eight years as a firefighter and paramedic. In 2018, he founded Longview Home Inspections and has since completed approximately 2,500 home and termite inspections as a licensed Professional Home Inspector. As a Certified Applicator, he has also performed numerous termite treatments, providing clients with valuable knowledge about home condition, maintenance, and long-term value.
